We are building confidence in our youth players through positive & supportive coaches, encouragement and by offering consistent opportunities to get in the gym throughout the year to work on our game. We encourage our players to get in the gym, make mistakes and support each other, that's how we grow as players and people.

We focus on putting the right groups of players, coaches and families together to build those special friendships and memories that will last far long as their playing days are over. Opportunities That We Offer
2023 SUMMER/FALL CAMPS, CLINICS AND TRAININGS WILL BE POSTED SOON
Spring & Fall Teams
We offer competitive teams at all levels for Spring and Fall basketball seasons, for girls and boys, 4th-11th grade. We will have top-tier, mid-tier and developmental teams in the East/West/South Metro and Western WI.
Camps
We offer week long basketball camps throughout the year . Our camps are fun, cover a variety of skills work, create new friendships and build confidence in players.
Clinics & Trainings
We offer 2-3 hour Clinics focused on different skills such as Shooting, Ball-Handling, Offensive Moves and more. Our female clinics are run by amazing female coaches, college players and role models. We also offer small group and 1:1 trainings.
School Team Trainings
We offer training sessions for all ages of girls & boys school teams from In-house, Traveling and High School. Our amazing staff of coaches will provide a fun, productive and memorable sessions for any program and can customize for any age or skill level. Message us for pricing and details.
Open Gyms
We hold many "Open Gym" sessions throughout the Summer. For all ages and players from any program. We get together, shoot-around, work on skills and run 5 on 5 scrimmages on multiple courts.
Special Events
We love creating special opportunities for youth athletes. We have had MN Lynx's Rachel Banham come in to work with players, gotten players in a gym with current/former college players & coaches to learn about getting to the next level and created other unique events to meet new basketball friends, we believe in creating new and memorable opportunities.
